Hello, friend! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Sophie, and I own Spread the Loaves. Everything you find at my farmers market booth was made with my own two hands at my home bakery. I often incorporate locally grown produce in my breads, and hope to become a regular part of your weekly grocery shopping! Most of my breads are leavened with wild yeast provided by my sourdough starter, Kuchi Kopi. I typically do a 24-30 hour ferment for all of my sourdough bread, which means it’s full of good bacteria and tons of flavor!
